How You Will Contribute

As a Systems & Projects Expert, BUY, you will ensure delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. You will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, acting as a consultant for issue resolution. Your expertise will help recommend actions to optimize investments, benefits, and mitigate risks. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors.
• Establishing and running vendor governance.
• Collaborating with management on requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Working with project resources to provide design collateral and configure software components in alignment with security policies.
• Ensuring adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

More About This Role

This position is the Systems & Projects Expert, BUY (STP) within the Delivery team, under the PLCS (Procurement, Legal, CGA, Sustainability) Tower. You will be the process and system expert in the Procurement area, responsible for launching projects, clarifying requirements, and ensuring a globally streamlined BUY process. You will oversee projects, monitor their progress, and track benefits post-Go-live. Staying abreast of market trends and emerging technologies to keep Mondelēz at the forefront is also crucial.

• Deep techno-functional experience in SAP Material Management (STP).

Job Specific Requirements

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing and delivering STP Projects/initiatives using DevOps and leveraging the Application Development Factory.
• Serving as a key techno-functional participant in S/4 HANA Back to Health activities.
• Managing requirements from diverse countries/regions, considering legal, tax, and compliance angles.
• Demonstrating good knowledge of non-SAP applications like Coupa, PEGA, Readsoft in the Supplier space.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA (Sourcing & Procurement); PMP certification is a significant advantage.
• Leading M&A activities in the Source, Buy & Pay space, managing key deliverables and stakeholders.
• Owning relationships with external vendors for Buy processes, including quality assurance.
• Monitoring critical KPIs and implementing necessary course corrections.
• Partnering with Towers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs for STP projects.
• Close collaboration with the MDS Ops organization, involving key stakeholder management.
• Liaising with the Global Solution Owner from the solutioning phase.
• Accountable for best practice deployment with Enterprise architects, ensuring cost-optimized and maintainable solutions.
• Supporting non-discretionary projects by leveraging an external partner strategy, providing project planning and input to estimates.
• Leveraging and developing a strong team within ADF to manage projects.
