About the Role: Strategy and Organizational Change Management Lead
Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. We are seeking a dynamic senior change practitioner to support the evolution of both our Change Practice and our Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change planning and execution.
- Create change vision and leadership strategy.
- Drive leader alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop change communications, training, and sustainment programs.
- Manage Center of Excellence activities and run Change Networks.
- Coach teams and individuals during transformation.
How You Will Contribute
You will work directly with senior leaders across functions and geographies to set and execute change strategies. This includes defining and executing change interventions, measuring effectiveness, and advancing internal change methodologies.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 10 years experience in end-to-end change management.
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience in global change initiatives with a hybrid work approach.
Additional Information
