About the Role

At Mondelēz International, the Security Detection Engineer Manager designs and implements detection content to identify and mitigate security threats. You will lead a team of security detection developers, serve as the primary subject matter expert, and contribute individually on critical detection initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop detection rules and policies across platforms.
• Collaborate with security analysts, threat hunters, and threat intelligence teams.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the evolving threat landscape.
• Work closely with the incident response team for actionable intelligence.
• Validate and tune detection content to minimize false positives.
• Lead and manage the SIEM detection repository team.
• Stay updated with cybersecurity trends and tools.
• Help prioritize security detection gaps and improve the program.

Qualifications

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with threat detection and incident response, and prior managerial experience. Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, and technical skills in SIEM, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) are highly desirable.
