Job Overview

The Junior Project Manager supports projects across Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Logistics functions under the PMO tower. This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects under PMO guidance.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow up on tasks.
  • Maintain project documentation including charters and KPI reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Assist in process mapping and root cause analysis.
  • Support the standardization of project management practices.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or supply chain operations (internships acceptable).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Certification or coursework in project management is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, eWM, SAP, Oracle, or JDA beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $83,800 to $115,225, plus eligibility for a competitive bonus program. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, educational programs, and more.
