Overview

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our mission to lead the future of snacking as a Junior Project Manager. This role supports projects across Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Logistics functions under our PMO tower. It offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Your Contribution

In this role, you will:

  • Support cross-functional projects within various supply chain teams.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Maintain project documentation including charters, status updates, and KPI reports.
  • Assist in process mapping, root cause analysis and improvement identification.
  • Support the PMO in standardizing project management practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and familiarity with supply chain functions. You should possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred familiarity with project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range is $83,800 to $115,225, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program. Mondelēz International also offers health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid leave programs among other benefits.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or supply chain operations (internship experience acceptable).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Certification or coursework in project management is a plus.
  • Experience supporting or working within PMO environments.
  • Exposure to ERP, WMS, eWM and related supply chain systems beneficial.
