About the Role

Join Mondelēz International as a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional projects in Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Logistics under the PMO tower. How You Will Contribute

  • Support cross-functional projects across key supply chain functions.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track progress, report risks, and coordinate effective communication.
  • Maintain project documentation including charters and KPI reports.
  • Assist in process mapping and root cause analysis for improvements.

What You Will Bring

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years experience in project coordination or supply chain operations, a foundational understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary ranges from $83,800 to $115,225, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program. Mondelēz International also offers health insurance, wellness programs, retirement savings plans, paid leave, and more benefits.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
  • Certification/coursework in project management (CAPM, PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Exposure to ERP, WMS, eWM and related supply chain systems.
