About the Role
As a Technical Consultant - AI and Data Mobility at monday.com, you will play a vital role in ensuring client success by providing deep technical expertise for large and technical implementations. You will partner with Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants to deliver strategic projects in enterprise environments and build custom user experiences. Furthermore, collaboration with our Product and R&D teams ensures the delivery of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the monday.com platform and tools including monday AI.
- Lead post-sale technical delivery through discovery and requirements gathering.
- Manage technical engagements addressing AI transformation, security, and data architecture.
- Implement complex solutions using the monday.com API, apps framework, and integration platforms.
- Conduct technical discussions with client stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
- Advocate customer needs with the Product team to extend platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS technical consulting or professional services engineering.
- Expert knowledge of APIs, web standards, identity management, and authentication protocols.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, MCPs and AI-assisted editors.
- Experience with data migrations, integrations and custom application development.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Workato, or Power Automate.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills with detailed technical documentation abilities.
- Bachelor degree preferred and project management skills are a plus.
Additional Information
This role is on a hybrid work model based in New York City. Visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation for New York City-based hires ranges from $96,000 to $130,000 base salary, plus opportunity for bonus and/or equity.
