Overview
Our Professional Services organization is expanding and seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our growing team at monday.com. In this role, you will provide deep technical expertise for large-scale enterprise implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monday.com into complex digital environments.
About The Role
As a Technical Consultant, you will:
- Develop deep, hands-on knowledge of the monday.com platform including monday AI.
- Lead post-sale technical delivery through discovery, requirements gathering, and execution of technical engagements.
- Drive technical consulting engagements, emphasizing AI transformation, system scale, and security.
- Implement complex solutions using monday.com API, apps framework, and integration platforms.
- Engage in technical discussions with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Advocate for customer needs with internal Product teams to extend product capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS as a technical consultant or professional services engineer.
- Expertise with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL), web standards, identity management, and authentication protocols.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted editors.
- Proven ability to execute and deliver technical projects including data migrations and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and similar iPaaS solutions.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and technical documentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with project management experience and ability to multitask.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
Additional Information
This role is based on a hybrid model in Denver, CO. Visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $117,000 base salary, with additional potential for bonus and equity based on experience and company policies.
