Overview

We are seeking a RevOps Business Partner to support our North America SMB and Growth Sales teams at monday.com. In this role, you will drive strategy and execution, making data-driven decisions and collaborating with multiple departments.

About The Role

As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager SMB & Growth, you will:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to Senior Sales leadership.
  • Spearhead cross-departmental Sales initiatives with business and technical teams.
  • Evaluate sales performance through ROI analysis, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline review, and actionable metrics.
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and report segment health in broader Revenue forums.
  • Support senior leadership on annual planning.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Drive data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in pre-sales and post-sales funnels.
  • Develop and monitor effective KPIs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years in revenue operations or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting high volume Sales teams or multi-product selling teams.
  • Strong skills in data presentation and translating complex trends into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and Looker/Tableau.
  • A curious, ambitious, proactive nature with strong collaboration and communication skills.
