Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager - Data Group at monday.com, based in our London office (hybrid, 3 days in office), you will shape the future of our data modeling and workflow solutions. You will lead product vision, drive data-driven product development, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and roadmap for data modeling and workflow optimization.
• Utilize customer insights and data trends to drive development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable data structures.
• Manage stakeholder communications and align product goals.
• Measure platform performance and continuously refine features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on data models.
• Strong technical background and familiarity with tools like Redis, Snowflake, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale data structures for complex workflows.
• Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B products is a plus.
