The Opportunity: Senior Business Marketing Analyst
monday.com is seeking a Senior Business Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations and Analytics group. We are looking for a stellar analyst passionate about owning an entire product's marketing strategy, from top-of-funnel campaign analysis through go-to-market (GTM) execution and sales decisions, and building new measurement engines.
monday.com's marketing department manages a yearly budget of over $150M, leveraging a B2B and B2C approach, utilizing both product and sales to generate revenue and scale efficiently.
As the Senior Business Marketing Analyst for a dedicated product, you will play a pivotal role. You must be comfortable being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment, and possess the resilience to learn and adapt from challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product's marketing strategy, from top-of-funnel campaign analysis through go-to-market (GTM) execution and sales decisions.
- Conduct top-to-bottom funnel analysis and generate actionable business insights to drive growth.
- Develop measurement frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure data structure alignment across various data sources and systems.
- Identify new strategic opportunities to drive growth for a dedicated product.
- Collaborate directly with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, BI developers, data scientists, marketing operation teams, other data teams across the organization, and senior product leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an analytic role at a SaaS or technology company.
- A stellar analyst passionate about owning an entire product's marketing strategy and building new measurement engines.
- Experience operating in a hyper-growth environment.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
- Demonstrated ability to perform top-to-bottom funnel analysis.
- Experience in developing measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of data structure and data alignment.
- Proven ability to generate actionable business insights and identify strategic opportunities.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, BI developers, data scientists, marketing operation teams, and senior product leadership.
