About the Role

monday.com's Senior Business Analyst joins the Office of the CRO to assume ownership of key data reporting and research flows. This role directly impacts business strategy, planning, target setting, and growth optimization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with CRO leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading planning data processes with a focus on standardization and scale.
  • Researching complex business opportunities using diverse data sources.
  • Collaborating with cross-domain teams such as Product and Marketing to optimize strategic goals.
  • Developing presentations and reports that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Championing high-quality data practices and mentoring junior colleagues.

An Excellent Candidate Will

The ideal candidate exhibits strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They have a proven record in designing and deploying impactful data analytics projects, are proficient in SQL and BI tools, and have experience collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience as a business analyst with leadership engagement.
  • Proven experience in data analytics projects.
  • Excellent SQL skills and proficiency in a popular BI tool like Tableau or Looker.
  • Advantageous: proficiency in scripting languages (R, Python) or familiarity with ETL processes.
  • Great communication and data visualization skills.
