About the Role

The Pricing Operations & Research Manager at monday.com will join the Pricing & Packaging (P&P) team in a high-impact role. You will drive growth and operational excellence through pricing strategy, data-driven insights, and AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, with a focus on AI pricing & packaging.
  • Analyze data using analytics tools and simulate revenue impact with different packaging structures.
  • Translate strategic P&P initiatives into actionable project plans and drive cross-company projects.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of initiatives ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and technical teams to integrate pricing strategies into systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Strategy and Operations or Analytics roles.
  • B2B SaaS and/or P&P strategy experience is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to handle complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills with a deep understanding of numbers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Background in Strategic Consulting and a degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
