About the Role

The Senior Implementation Consultant at monday.com leads high-value, complex projects for enterprise and strategic clients. This role drives the entire implementation cycle, from design and scoping to build, rollout, and change management, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Discovery: Collaborate with clients in defining goals, workflows, and technical needs.
  • Platform Implementation & Training: Build and execute client workflows using monday.com strategies.
  • Client Ownership: Manage onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strategic relationships with clients to understand their business challenges.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute implementation timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main contact between clients and the monday.com team.
  • Service Flexibility: Adapt implementation strategies for Professional Services, Onboarding, and Managed Services offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in implementation roles with enterprise-level project management.
  • Exceptional customer engagement and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in web development frameworks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with flexibility and resilience.
