About the Role
As a HRIS Project Manager at monday.com, you will manage the implementation, optimization, and support of our HR technology landscape. You will work closely with HR, Recruitment, C&B, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective HR tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for people technology solutions.
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify technological improvement opportunities.
- Participate in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new HR systems and modules.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely HRIS project delivery.
- Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Create and execute test plans for system implementations and upgrades.
- Support integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
- Automate HR workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop user documentation and provide training to system users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Comeet, Glint).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the use of technology for improvement.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Project management skills with effective timeline management and communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting concepts.
- Experience in a fast-growing organization is a plus.
