Growth Marketing Team Lead at monday.com

Join monday.com’s Demand Generation team. The team is a key growth engine, trusted with a significant share of our marketing investment. We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across Youtube and several other channels while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. Your campaigns will speak to decision-makers globally, helping them discover how monday.com empowers their organization.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Growth Marketing Team Lead to oversee and grow our paid acquisition efforts. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through paid media campaigns. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets while maintaining efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of user acquisition managers, setting clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans.
  • Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a best-in-class paid acquisition strategy across Push channels (YouTube, podcast, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for scaling, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, product, and analytics teams to drive testing roadmaps, creative iterations, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay on top of emerging platforms, tools, and trends in paid social to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Deep knowledge of paid Push platforms, attribution models, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Full proficiency in managing Youtube.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high paid social budgets.
  • Worked in a data-driven and analytical environment, an analytical thinker with a passion for data and optimization.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
