About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage key campaigns, uncover new user acquisition avenues and growth opportunities, collaborate across our Growth, Creative, and Analytics functions, and directly influence monday.com's success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on emerging user acquisition opportunities and trends in global markets.
- Develop profitability strategies that directly contribute to the SEM team's expansion and success.
- Leverage data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize the synergy of all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in working with large datasets to draw actionable conclusions and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proactive and adaptable with a strong growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation to completion with a positive "can-do" attitude.
