About the Role

The monday.com for Nonprofits team is seeking a Growth Entrepreneur to help nonprofits worldwide overcome their challenges using monday.com's Work OS. In this hybrid role based in TLV, you will build and execute growth engines, leveraging creativity, data, and experimentation to drive sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

  • Identify nonprofit market needs and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Create innovative solutions built on monday.com.
  • Develop and lead end-to-end funnels from marketing to adoption.
  • Optimize existing funnels for nonprofit program enrollment.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, GTM, and R&D for win-win strategies.
  • Implement data-driven practices to monitor, report, and enhance growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a Growth or similar entrepreneurial role.
  • Experience in launching and scaling new product/business initiatives.
  • Ability to secure buy-in from various company stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and proactive skills.
  • Passion for working with nonprofits and proficiency in English.
  • Entrepreneurial background; experience with AI is an advantage.
