About the Forward-Deployed Engineer Role at monday.com

As a Forward-Deployed Engineer at monday.com, you will serve as the technical architect and a key strategic partner for monday.com’s most valuable customers. This critical role involves embedding deeply with a single strategic account to spearhead AI transformations, significantly influence product strategy, and drive substantial business growth for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Transformation: Collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive AI solutions and highly scalable workflows, directly addressing and resolving complex business challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a pivotal technical authority, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to shape account strategies and meticulously translate customer requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Implementation Excellence: Leverage deep platform expertise to craft sophisticated configurations, develop custom script prototypes, and manage the entire project lifecycle from initial pilot to successful, full-scale deployment.

Requirements

  • Technical Savvy: Possess 3-5 years of experience in the Strategic/Enterprise space, with a robust background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering. A strong understanding of AI/LLM workflows and systems thinking is essential.
  • Business Acumen: Proven experience in navigating complex C-suite relationships and demonstrating the ability to influence executive decision-making, particularly within ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
  • Mindset: Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive and fast-moving approach, and a focus on delivering long-term, impactful solutions rather than just immediate, temporary fixes.
