About the Role
Join our new AI R&D group and play a crucial role in implementing generative AI capabilities within the monday.com AI platform. You will define strategy for using LLMs, lay the foundation for cross-team implementation, and help productize these innovations as a core part of our platform offering.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership within an R&D domain.
- Evolve product architecture for growing scale and usage.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers.
- Build production-ready infrastructure for over 2 million users.
- Work with our tech stack: Typescript, React, Node.js, MySQL, Elastic search, and Redis.
Requirements
- Strong end-to-end technical skills on both client and server sides.
- Experience in production-level high scale services and data modeling.
- Proven technical leadership capable of nurturing team excellence.
- Familiarity with LLMs is an advantage.
