Director of Revenue Analytics

About the Role

Our Revenue organization at monday.com is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Analytics to build and manage our expanding Revenue Analytics team. In this high-impact role, you will oversee and mentor teams across Core Analytics, Business Analytics, and Leadership Analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Finance, and the CEO office, to ensure data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor multiple analytics teams.
• Collaborate with CRO senior leadership to align analytics with business objectives.
• Oversee data warehouse strategy with BI and revenue operations teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards that translate key metrics and experiments.
• Champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven analytics leadership in B2B SaaS environments (PLG to SLG experience preferred).
• Excellent SQL proficiency and strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in data governance and quality management.
• Strong relationship building and independent work capability.
• Fluent in English.
