About the Role

As a Data Product Manager BigBrain, you will build solutions preparing monday.com for the AI era. Your work will drive work effectiveness, reduce costs, and empower functions company-wide through innovative, data-driven technologies.

This role reports directly to the Data and AI Infra Product Group Lead.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years as a product manager with a record of impactful deliveries.
  • Experience working with data in roles such as data PM, scientist, or analyst.
  • Impact-driven with a business-first, strategic mindset balancing short and long term needs.
  • Proven self-driven leader capable of motivating and making decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to user experience detail.
  • Analytical approach using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Adaptable, fast learner thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Advantage: Entrepreneurial background, leadership reporting experience, or mentoring skills.
  • Advantage: Experience collaborating with data scientists.
