Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and global environment? Monday.com's Business Application Manager role is focused on enhancing financial and operational business processes with advanced information systems.
About The Role
Lead and manage business application projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Leverage AI technologies to enhance processes and foster innovation. Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, Legal, CS, Procurement, and IT to map, analyze, and optimize complex business processes. Assist in defining KPIs, maintaining data, generating reports, and supporting the forecasting process. Oversee end-to-end project management including scoping, timeline, and risk management. Serve as an Application System Administrator, managing configuration, maintenance, and documentation of various information systems with continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in project management and financial systems implementation.
- Experience in managing global financial process implementations.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is a significant advantage.
- SQL proficiency is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of integration tools (such as Workato/Make) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI technologies applied to business processes.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
