- Ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible AI implementation, aligned with privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
- Drive adoption through change management, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a technical, automation, or AI-focused role - or strong hands-on experience through projects or personal experimentation.
- A builder at heart - curious, creative, and driven to turn ideas into real, working solutions.
- Hands-on experience in AI & automation (GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, RPA, workflow automation).
- Comfortable using no-code / low-code tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar, and able to extend them with lightweight scripting (Python / JavaScript) where needed.
- Familiar with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse) - or strong motivation to specialize in the People-tech space.
- Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with the ability to reimagine and simplify them using technology.
