Job Description

AI Internal Product Lead at monday.com

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite adapts to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a collaborative work environment.

About The Role

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to shape how Product is built at monday.com.

We’re looking for an AI Internal Product Lead to drive org-wide transformation across 100+ Product Managers. You will embed AI into the Product operating system so it becomes a natural part of how teams discover, define, decide, and deliver.

This is an individual contributor role with massive leverage. You’ll lead through influence, craft, and execution, not authority.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Internal AI for Product strategy and execution - Define the north star, priorities, and a pragmatic roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and launch high-impact AI workflows for PMs - Focus on the moments that matter across the SDLC: discovery, PRDs/specs, analytics and insights, experimentation, stakeholder updates, and decision logs.
  • Drive adoption at scale - Turn AI from “tools” into “daily habits” via enablement, templates, playbooks, champions network, office hours, and tight integration into existing workflows and tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ship - Work closely with Product Leadership, Data, Design, R&D, Security, Legal, and IT to unblock constraints and deliver solutions that scale.
  • Establish responsible AI guardrails - Define clear policies and quality mechanisms around privacy, reliability, review flows, traceability, and safe usage of company knowledge.
  • Measure impact and iterate - Set KPIs, establish baselines, run pilots, track adoption and outcomes, and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
  • Raise the bar for product craft - Create a consistent AI craft standard across the org: how PMs use AI to think better, write better, and decide better.

What Success Looks Like

  • PMs use AI daily as part of their default workflow, not as an occasional experiment.
  • Reduced cycle time for core PM workflows (for example PRDs, insights synthesis, stakeholder updates) with improved quality.
  • A scalable operating model: repeatable intake, prioritization, enablement, governance.
  • Clear proof of value to Product leadership through metrics and adoption, not anecdotes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading org-scale change in a large product organization, driving adoption through influence rather than authority.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and how product work happens end to end across multiple teams and domains.
  • Strong passion and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools, with a proven ability to turn them into daily workflows adopted at scale.
  • Ability to take ambiguous goals and turn them into focused priorities, pilots, and scaled rollouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: can align senior leaders, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and handle pushback with clarity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication: you can craft narratives, frameworks, and playbooks that stick.

Nice to have

  • Background in Product Operations / Product Excellence and building operating systems at scale.
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager, with a strong sense of product craft and practical execution.
  • Experience launching internal enablement programs, communities of practice, or internal platforms.
  • Familiarity with common product tooling and workflows.
  • Experience with AI quality practices.

Why monday.com

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product craft, AI, and scale. The impact is immediate and compounding: every improvement you drive benefits the entire Product org and, in turn, millions of users.
