About the AI GTM Manager Role at monday.com

We’re seeking a highly creative and proactive AI GTM Manager to significantly expand the reach and impact of monday.com’s AI offerings across various regions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting and empowering our client-facing teams, integrating crucial field insights into our product and strategic discussions, and establishing yourself as the regional expert for all matters related to AI.

This is a unique and strategic opportunity to lead one of monday.com’s key growth initiatives, directly shaping how our AI solutions are developed, adopted, and communicated to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for AI-related matters within your designated region, providing essential guidance, context, and clarity to sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to ensure they are fully equipped to articulate our AI value proposition and customize it to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Participate in critical customer conversations to showcase AI capabilities, gather valuable insights, and channel these learnings back into product development and Go-to-Market planning.
  • Orchestrate and lead ongoing AI enablement activities, including roundtables, training sessions, and regular touchpoints, to maintain field alignment and enthusiasm.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional departments such as Product, Enablement, and Marketing, ensuring cohesive AI messaging and consistent delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze AI trends and market dynamics to ensure monday.com’s positioning remains sharp, competitive, and forward-thinking.
  • Demonstrate ownership and inject creativity into all aspects of your work, from internal activations to the external narration of our AI story.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in Go-to-Market, Sales, or strategy roles within a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • A strong understanding of AI trends, technologies, and key market players; while not a data scientist, you must be proficient in the AI landscape.
  • Highly proactive and self-driven, demonstrating the ability to independently drive initiatives forward without constant direction.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
  • A creative mindset coupled with the skill to simplify intricate concepts and ensure ideas resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Possesses a collaborative nature, with a track record of working effectively across teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
