Role Overview: AI Finance Innovation Lead

This role is based in Tel Aviv and focuses on driving financial operations transformation through AI and automation. You will work with finance leadership to build AI-powered solutions that streamline processes, eliminate manual efforts, and deliver strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and prioritize finance domains to identify AI opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end solution delivery from user needs to live products.
  • Define frameworks to assess ROI, feasibility, and build vs buy decisions in compliance with security and SOX guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Track impact and present results to stakeholders across finance and tech.
  • Champion AI innovation by leading the AI finance community and training stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in technical product management, business operations or program management.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies including generative AI, LLMs, and agents.
  • Experience in building and implementing AI-powered solutions with a proven portfolio.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery.
  • Experience building business use cases, assessing ROI, and making build vs buy decisions.
  • Knowledge of finance operations and familiarity with security and SOX compliance is a plus.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and scaling challenges.
