About the Role
We're looking for experienced Account Executives specializing in Agile software sales to join our team in NYC for our newest build-out, supporting the monday Dev product. In this role, you will scale monday Dev sales by leveraging expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge, focusing on the value our monday.com product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and monday Dev-focused demos aligning business outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and customer ROI.
- Act as a product owner in an agile environment and coordinate cross-functional support.
- Stay updated with industry trends to effectively position monday Dev against competitors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience selling Agile development SaaS solutions.
- Direct sales cycle and cross-sale (expansion) experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong adherence to process and improvement.
- Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and legal discussions.
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.

Additional Information
This is a quota-carrying role within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion. Visa sponsorship is not available. For New York City-based hires, the compensation range is $120,000-$180,000 base salary, with additional bonus and/or equity potential based on experience and skills.
