Overview

monday.com is seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Customer Marketing Lead, ABM, to drive customer expansion and revenue growth programs across our Americas region (NAM and LATAM). This pivotal role focuses on increasing product adoption, enabling upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and bolstering retention to impact Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

About The Role

Expansion Strategy Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive post-sale marketing strategy that drives customer expansion.

Expansion Program Development: Design and launch targeted campaigns via email, in-app messaging, webinars, and customer events.

Team Building & Mentorship: Hire, mentor, and guide a growing team to support regional impact.

Cross-Functional Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to build marketing plays for expansion.

Data-Driven Revenue Focus: Set KPIs for marketing, track product adoption, and provide data insights.

Voice of the Customer for Growth: Champion customer feedback to inform product roadmap and uncover expansion opportunities.

Cultivate Advocates: Develop customer champions to support case studies, testimonials, and referrals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer expansion and upsell/cross-sell revenue.
  • Experience with the North American B2B SaaS market (LATAM exposure is a plus).
  • Leadership or mentorship experience with a focus on talent development.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position (3 days/week in our NYC office). Visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation for NYC-based hires is $140,000-$175,000 base salary, plus bonus and/or equity opportunities.
