About the Role
The monday.com for Nonprofits team is seeking a Growth Entrepreneur to help nonprofits worldwide overcome challenges using monday.com's Work OS. This role offers autonomy to build and execute growth engines from the ground up by combining creativity, experimentation, and data for sustainable, scalable growth. It is an opportunity to drive real impact in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment while working with over 24,000 nonprofits from 149 countries.
What You Will Be Doing
- Aid tens of thousands of nonprofits in expanding their impact.
- Create new growth engines for monday.com for Nonprofits.
- Identify nonprofit market needs and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop innovative solutions built on the monday.com platform.
- Lead end-to-end funnels from marketing to adoption.
- Optimize existing growth funnels and implement data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, GTM, and R&D.
Your Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in a growth or entrepreneurial role, proven ability to lead new products/business initiatives, and strong skills in collaboration and multitasking. A passion for working with nonprofits, proficiency in English, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Experience with AI is an advantage.
