About The Role

The Business Applications Analyst at monday insights is a hands-on role responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and integration of financial and operational systems. You will work directly inside the systems, build integrations, and enable process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions (EPM).
  • Support and enhance compensation systems including sales incentives and bonus structures.
  • Configure and customize ERP (NetSuite) modules and other financial systems for Finance and Procurement.
  • Leverage AI technologies to foster business innovation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, CS, Procurement, and IT to optimize business processes.
  • Act as the Application System Administrator overseeing configuration and maintenance.
  • Perform SQL queries, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity.

Your Experience & Skills

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in ERP/Business Applications implementation and support. Hands-on experience with EPM systems, compensation systems, integration platforms and familiarity with AI technologies are significant advantages. Proficiency in SQL, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication are required.
