About the Role

The AI Finance Innovation Lead role is based in Tel Aviv and is pivotal in transforming financial operations through AI and automation. You will work directly with finance leadership to build AI-powered solutions that streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Map and prioritize finance domains to identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from user needs to live products.
  • Apply prioritization frameworks assessing ROI, feasibility, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business applications, developers, and compliance teams for successful implementations.
  • Track impact and report results to stakeholders.
  • Champion AI innovation by leading training and fostering an experimental culture.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3-6 years in technical product management, business operations, or program management.
  • Expertise in AI technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, and agents.
  • Proven track record in delivering AI or automation solutions.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in building business cases and decision-making frameworks.

Additional Advantages

Experience with finance operations, security, SOX compliance, and SaaS business models.
