We are seeking a Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) to spearhead our market strategy and elevate monday Service to new heights. This is a unique chance to join us at a critical juncture and significantly influence how we bring a high-potential product to market. You will be the key liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, responsible for defining the category narrative, managing product launches, developing scalable GTM strategies, and establishing monday Service as a leader in AI-powered service management.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for monday Service, encompassing messaging, positioning, launch planning, and enablement.
  • Define and execute the GTM sales strategy in close collaboration with the CRO organization, ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Solution Engineering.
  • Serve as the strategic link between Product, Marketing, and GTM teams, translating strategy into cross-functional execution.
  • Partner with the Product team to shape and launch new AI-powered capabilities and service experiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on storytelling, campaigns, and awareness initiatives to generate pipeline and drive market adoption.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with strong narratives, competitive positioning, customer use cases, and scalable playbooks.
  • Gather customer and market insights to continually refine positioning, GTM motions, and product direction.
  • Act as an internal and external champion for the service management space, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
