Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Marketing and Sales Director works closely with the Executive Director in the development and execution of the marketing plan. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales budget and occupancy goals at our two communities, Brandywine Gables and Brandywine Reflections in Brick, NJ.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct phone and direct sales calls to meet leasing goals.
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs to maximize revenue performance.
  • Communicate resident needs to the Health & Wellness Director.
  • Maintain an active wait list and support lead generation.
  • Utilize lead tracking and marketing software effectively.
  • Motivate and reward associates in consultation with the Executive Director.
  • Keep abreast of current market competition and product updates.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and regulatory training.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in Senior Living or related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.

Physical Abilities

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and perform other physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs with proper body mechanics.
