The Role

As a GTM Account Executive at MONA, you will accelerate growth in the US, Europe, and beyond by:

  • Identifying prospects from a product-led growth engine.
  • Upselling enterprise plans to drive revenue.
  • Developing deep insights on AI applications in recruiting.
  • Winning complex sales from first contact to closing.
  • Feeding market insights to founders and product teams.
  • Building a network with iconic companies.
  • Partnering directly with the CEO to shape the sales culture.

You

You bring 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, particularly in tech, and have thrived in fast-paced SAAS startups or scaleups. You embody intelligence, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset.
