About MONA AI
We're building the global recruiting infrastructure. Not another ATS. Not another job board. The infrastructure layer — where Indeed, a next-gen ATS, and autonomous AI agents become one platform. We work with enterprise clients to redesign their recruiting operations and migrate entire processes onto AI agents. Staffing firms plug into our network. Their candidate pools get activated across the platform. Entire branch offices get replaced by agents that source, qualify, and onboard — autonomously. 5M+ CVs processed. Earlybird-backed. No direct competitor in the EU staffing AI segment. We're targeting category leadership in a €500B+ market that still runs on infrastructure from the 2000s. The growth has been faster than we projected — and we haven't started to systematically scale yet.The Role
You'll be our first dedicated Head of Growth and report directly to the founders. You own EU revenue growth — full stop.- Scale the GTM engine — we run PLG (self-service SaaS) alongside outbound enterprise sales. You own both motions and know when to lean into which.
- Expand across Europe — DACH is our stronghold, UK is live. France and Benelux are next. You decide the sequencing, build the playbooks, own the partnerships.
- Advise enterprise customers — our deals involve process analysis, workshops, and transformation projects. You don't just close — you help customers understand how AI reshapes their operations.
- Build the growth team — start hands-on, then hire 3-5 people over 12 months.
- Shape the next chapter — work with the founders on strategy, positioning, and Series A narrative. Seat at the table, not middle management.
Who You Are
This matters more to us than your CV.- You're a driver, not a passenger. You don't wait for briefs, alignment meetings, or permission. You see the gap, you move. When something isn't working at 2pm, you've changed it by 4pm.
- You work with intensity — and you want to. This is not a 9-to-5 role. Building a category leader means long days, weekend pushes, and stretches where the pace is relentless. You've done it before, and you're looking for it again — because that's when you do your best work.
- You're obsessed with outcomes, not activity. You don't confuse 500 sent emails with pipeline. You think in systems: what converts, what compounds, what scales. Everything else gets killed.
- You're comfortable being uncomfortable. New market, no playbook, small team, high expectations. That's not a risk for you — that's the job you've been looking for.
- You have low ego and high standards. You'll build the outbound sequence yourself on Monday and present to a C-suite customer on Thursday. No task is beneath you. No room is too big.
- You give and take direct feedback. We don't do politics. We tell each other what's working and what isn't. If that sounds exhausting, we're not the right fit. If it sounds liberating — keep reading.

What You Bring
- X years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or revenue roles — you've scaled a company from early traction to breakout.
- You've built growth teams, not just inherited them.
- Fluent in PLG and enterprise sales.
- You can stand in front of C-level customers: understand their processes, run workshops, co-develop transformation roadmaps.
- Fluent in German and English. French is a strong plus.
- Based in the EU, ~30% travel.
- Staffing/HR-Tech background is a bonus — what matters is selling into regulated mid-market and enterprise B2B.
