Job Description - Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, personalizing, and supporting client onboardings for our Enterprise platform. You will use your technical expertise and storytelling skills to drive value and long-lasting customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and deliver smooth implementations using Best Practices Playbooks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Principal Consultants and Technical Services teams.
• Design and deliver key stakeholder and end-user training on system configuration.
• Handle basic project management tasks like onsite agendas and task follow ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation; Elite experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as an implementation consultant with billable utilization targets.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for up to 40% travel for on-site customer meetings.
