Position Summary

The Director of Growth Marketing will own the growth roadmap and scale customer acquisition efficiently. You will lead a team managing paid search, paid social, audio, podcasts, influencers, YouTube, and SEO, ensuring strategic channel mix, messaging, positioning, and tooling are aligned to drive pipeline, expansion, and long-term brand equity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize all paid acquisition channels including search, social, audio, and emerging formats.
  • Oversee and execute the SEO roadmap and content strategy.
  • Create upper-funnel campaigns to expand reach while maintaining performance discipline.
  • Lead growth forecasting, attribution, and incrementality measurement with Finance and Data teams.
  • Manage and mentor a layered team and external agency partners.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Executives on strategic positioning and alignment.
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI marketing tools into campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing.
  • Experience in high growth environments, preferably within CPG or related industries.
  • Strong e-commerce marketing knowledge coupled with data-driven insight.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic ownership.
  • Passion for a high performance lifestyle.
