Sales Consultant - Molton Brown at John Lewis, Chelmsford
Molton Brown, an icon of British style and a leading global brand within Kao's cosmetics portfolio, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant with a passion for luxury to join their team at the John Lewis, Chelmsford store. This is a part-time role, requiring 22 hours per week.
About the Role
As the face of Molton Brown, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge. You will engage customers through a personalized selling approach, managing the entire customer journey. This includes providing unique sensorial experiences through services like fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages. Additionally, you will support the team with essential store operations, such as stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
