Overview
Molton Brown, a globally renowned luxury brand established on South Molton Street in London, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant for its Harrogate store.
The Opportunity
This part-time role (11 hours per week on a 4-month FTC) involves delivering exceptional customer service, detailed product knowledge, and personalized selling through services such as fragrance consultations and hand/arm massages. You will also assist with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For
Candidates should excel in communication with confidence, a positive can-do attitude, high personal grooming standards, and a passion for luxury retail. Ability to work well in a team, meet store and personal KPIs, and offer flexibility in working hours are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate of £12.60
- 50% staff discount on products
- 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays; birthday off
