The Role: Retail Recruiter
The Retail Recruiter will implement the Molton Brown Retail Recruitment Process, driving process improvements, sourcing strategies, and partnering with key stakeholders to secure top talent for various retail locations including stores, concessions, Travel Retail, and seasonal pop-ups in the UK & Ireland.
- Own assigned retail vacancies from job posting through hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies.
- Lead social media recruitment and represent the brand at events.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews seamlessly.
- Develop recruitment training and collaborate on cross-regional projects.
What You Will Need
Candidates should have 1-3 years of successful recruiting experience, preferably in retail or high-volume environments. Strong communication, customer-centric approach, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced setting are essential. Resourcefulness in candidate identification and strong project management are critical.
