The Role
This position seeks a strategic marketing leader to define and drive the EMEA marketing and investment strategy across the entire consumer funnel including awareness, engagement, and conversion. The role covers both direct (stores, outlets, digital) and indirect (wholesale, travel retail, pure play) channels, with a focus on the UK and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Go to Market strategies across brand, trade, and digital channels.
- Oversee marketing budgets for UK, Germany and US digital initiatives.
- Steer media investment strategies across offline and online channels.
- Lead social media content, influencer marketing, and advocacy strategies.
- Strategically monitor sell out performance and drive customer lifetime value using effective CRM.
- Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team of up to 21 members.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Marketing degree or equivalent with 15+ years of global omnichannel marketing experience. Required skills include team leadership across trade, digital, and brand marketing domains, budget optimization, creativity in drive earned media initiatives, and strong commercial acumen.
