About the Role
Molo is seeking a competent and professional International Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will combine strong administrative skills with excellent customer service for both B2B and B2C clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage large Excel spreadsheets and administrative tasks
- Provide first-class customer service via phone and email
- Coordinate activities for major B2B clients across 12 markets
- Plan, structure, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Maintain communication with renowned clients such as Illum, Magasin, and Stockmann
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong administrative skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Experience in a similar role in the fashion industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Navision is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
