About the Role

Molo is seeking a competent and professional International Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will combine strong administrative skills with excellent customer service for both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large Excel spreadsheets and administrative tasks
  • Provide first-class customer service via phone and email
  • Coordinate activities for major B2B clients across 12 markets
  • Plan, structure, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Maintain communication with renowned clients such as Illum, Magasin, and Stockmann

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong administrative skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Experience in a similar role in the fashion industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Navision is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
