About the Role: Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration at Molina Healthcare
As an Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration at Molina Healthcare, you will provide entry-level support for critical provider configuration activities. This involves the accurate and timely maintenance of essential provider information across various claims and provider databases. A key aspect of this role is synchronizing data within multiple systems and validating stored information, ensuring strict adherence to business and system requirements related to contracting, network management, and credentialing.
Essential Job Duties
- Receives provider information from external parties for loading and updating into internal computer systems and databases.
- Analyzes information and applies knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and accuracy to ensure appropriate data has been provided and entry is completed timely and in accordance with department standards for turnaround times and quality.
- Maintains department standards for loading provider demographic data, including affiliation and contract assignment.
- Audits loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback to ensure data integrity.
- Ensures that provider information is loaded accurately to facilitate proper claims processing, outbound reporting, and directory processes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably within a customer or provider services setting, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Demonstrated critical-thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and tasks to meet internal deadlines.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and applicable software program(s).
