Senior Technical Product Manager - Fleet Data Foundation at MOIA

Join MOIA's newly founded Fleet Data Foundation team, where data meets mobility. In this role, you own the product vision and roadmap for fleet and vehicle data, building reliable, scalable data products to support business needs.

What We Do

The Fleet Data Foundation team is responsible for central data for all vehicle and fleet topics. The team simplifies fleet and vehicle data usage, enabling teams to build better products and external partners to run safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap and bring it to life
  • Act as the go-to person for fleet and vehicle data
  • Drive the data offering to make data accessible and understandable
  • Represent the team in customer conversations and product community
  • Collaborate with platform and foundation teams for data standard alignment
  • Support KPI definitions and analytics initiatives
  • Combine telemetry, vehicle, trip, and operational data into reusable datasets

What You Bring

  • Strong product mindset with hands-on product management experience
  • Experience working in data-driven environments and familiarity with metrics
  • Comfort with agile methodologies, ideally in a SAFe setup
  • Ability to utilize AI tools for efficiency in daily tasks
  • Proficiency in SQL and dashboard applications (e.g. Quicksight, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit
  • Fluent in English; German is a bonus
