Drive Hennessy's growth across all UK channels through strategic brand activations, strong consumer engagement, and targeted marketing programs that build brand equity and drive sales, contributing significantly to the brand's global success as a senior member in this key market.

Job Responsibilities

CONSUMER AND BRAND POSITIONING STRATEGIES
  • Drive UK Growth Strategy: Spearhead and champion Hennessy's growth strategy within the UK, ensuring alignment with global objectives and maximizing market penetration across all trade channels.
  • Define Channel-Specific Focus: Determine a clear national and channel-based focus for all marketing activities, with specific strategies tailored to both on-trade and off-trade channels to optimize reach and impact.
  • Integrate Cultural Relevance: Develop activations that integrate Hennessy’s brand values, ensuring they resonate authentically with consumers and create meaningful connections.
  • Understand UK Consumers: Analyse existing research and market data to develop a deep understanding of UK consumer preferences and behaviours. Utilize this knowledge, along with global brand positioning and local market insights, to inform the creation of impactful and culturally relevant brand activations.
  • Support Brand Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in the development of annual brand plans, contributing insights and recommendations to shape strategic priorities and resource allocation.
  • Influence Maison Strategies: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to influence Maison strategies, advocating for the UK market's specific needs and opportunities. Align on a unified UK strategic direction based on a thorough understanding of brand health metrics and prevailing market challenges.
  • Champion Brand Vision: Serve as a passionate brand champion, effectively communicating and upholding our reputation. Champion the brand's commercial agenda to ensure that commercial activities align with overarching brand objectives, contributing to brand equity and sales growth.
MARKETING PROGRAMMES / BRAND ACTIVATIONS DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
  • Develop & Execute Trade Activations: Develop and lead the execution of innovative and effective brand activations across both on-trade and off-trade channels to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Manage Large-Scale Activations: Manage external agency relationships for large-scale activations (e.g., national cocktail sampling programs, national grocery displays), ensuring creative concepts align with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Evaluate & Optimize Activation ROI: Measure and analyse the performance of all brand activations, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven optimizations for future campaigns.
