Internal Control, Risk Management Department

The Internal Control, Risk Management department is responsible for ensuring the compliance of Moët Hennessy's approximately 60 Business Units worldwide with LVMH and MH internal control frameworks, internal procedures, and external regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating the annual internal control declaration campaign, publishing process guidelines, animating the internal control network, assisting Business Units with risk mapping and action plan deployment, and supporting GDPR and local privacy law compliance initiatives.

The Opportunity: Data Analyst Apprentice

Moët Hennessy's Internal Control, Risk & Opportunity Directorate is seeking an Apprentice (F/H) for a 1-2 year duration, starting September 15, 2026. This role is based in Paris, 7th arrondissement.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the manager in charge of internal control and IT control projects, the Data Analyst Apprentice will contribute to data analysis for data preparation, lead process automation projects in close collaboration with their manager, and actively participate in IT internal control missions at Moët Hennessy.

• Process Automation & Project Management:
• Participate in data extraction and automation of business processes related to internal control (Python, SQL, VBA, Power Automate etc.).
• Continuously improve internal control practices by analyzing available data to identify relevant trends or anomalies.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for internal controllers.
• Participate in daily project management, including planning and progress tracking using tools like JIRA.
• Prepare necessary communication materials for project meetings (PowerPoint slides, progress reports, minutes).
• Ensure fluid communication with users within the Internal Control community.
• Power BI Tools Migration to Google Cloud Platform:
• Extract data from SAP.
• Analyze and control data consistency.
• Participate in performing consistency tests.
• Contribute to documenting work in various Data tools (Jira, Data Galaxy etc.).
• IT Internal Control:
• Participate in ad-hoc IT Internal Control missions (document requests, test sheet preparation, analysis of obtained documents).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Perform sampling and testing.

Profile Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bac+4/5 degree from an engineering school, IT program, MIAGE, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge in development, data, or information systems.

Languages:

• Professional working proficiency in French and English.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, SQL, VBA.
• Excellent use of Excel and Power BI (modeling, automation, data visualization).
• Knowledge of information systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of internal control and/or internal audit principles is appreciated.
