Position Overview

Moët Hennessy, the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH, stands as a global leader in luxury. Renowned for the uniqueness and excellence of its iconic Houses in champagnes, spirits, and internationally acclaimed wines, the Group launched Eminente, a singular project blending Cuban heritage and innovation, in September 2020. In just five years, Eminente has established its presence in Europe, built a strong identity, and affirmed the credibility of its liquids.

Its launch in France, the world's second-largest rum market, was a crucial step. Eminente secured a prominent position among ultra-premium rums through strong distribution ties, solid partnerships, and impactful brand communications. This strategy successfully balanced desirability with business discipline, proving the model's robustness.

The year 2025 marked a turning point with the introduction of a dedicated mass-market reference, deployed across France, Germany, and the Czech Republic. This new creation, poised to become a key product in the range, already boasts very encouraging sales levels and opens a new phase of development for the House.

With these achievements, Eminente is now entering an acceleration phase, primarily driven by its commercial momentum, while continuing to make the brand a driver of value creation. In this context, we are seeking an Apprentice Brand Content & Social Media Assistant for a one-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.

Job Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will report to the Global Brand Manager and work within the Marketing and Communication department of a rapidly expanding premium Cuban rum brand. You will collaborate daily with various internal departments and external creative partners in an international and stimulating environment. Your role will be to actively support the Eminente team in defining and deploying its digital content and brand strategy. Leveraging your keen aesthetic sense, understanding of social media trends, and creativity, you will significantly contribute to community engagement and brand visibility, thus participating in its acceleration and innovation.

Brand Building & Image
  • Actively contribute to developing creative concepts for brand campaigns and activations, ensuring consistency with the established artistic and editorial direction.
  • Assist in the design and development of brand visual assets, including preparing mood boards, storyboards, and supporting photo/video shooting projects from brief to post-production.
Product Development
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content and educational tools for new products: support editorial design and coordination of visual elements and materials.
  • Develop and adapt various marketing materials for markets (e.g., posters, leaflets, neck hangers, tasting mats), from creative conceptualization to assisting with production coordination.
Social Media Management
  • Implement the social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn) by creating a monthly editorial calendar including assets and captions.
  • Create appealing and impactful native format assets (reels, carousels, photos) for social networks, in line with brand strategy, and publish in collaboration with an agency.
  • Propose new formats and visual approaches.
  • Support collaboration with creative agencies: assist in writing briefs, monitoring productions, managing feedback, and supporting deliverable validation.
  • Community management: managing comments, reposts, likes, and direct messages.
  • Constant monitoring of trends, tools, and innovations on platforms to fuel ideas and propose creative communication strategies.
  • Performance tracking and assisting the Global Brand Manager with reporting and developing recommendations.
Public Relations, Press & Communication
  • Support content creation: writing, visuals.
  • Contact media for brand event invitations.
  • Actively contribute to brand experience during events.
CSR Initiatives
  • Contribute to the design and production of engaging content (internal, corporate, external) across various platforms (social media, brand website, newsletters) highlighting the House's CSR initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

Minimum Bac +4 in communication or equivalent creative field. Prior experience in communication or an agency is preferred.

Language Skills
  • English (native or fluent)
  • French (native or fluent)
  • Spanish is a plus
Required Competencies
  • You are a social media enthusiast (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a solid understanding of their codes, always at the forefront of the latest trends.
  • Excellent digital content creation skills (visual and editorial) and storytelling. You master content creation and writing.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with proven eloquence and an ability to master and adapt Eminente's tone of voice for impactful and engaging captions.
  • You have skills in reporting and analyzing digital performance.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Essential Qualities
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive spirit, with strong autonomy in managing projects and deadlines.
  • Very good understanding of trends and talent for generating unique and creative ideas that resonate with Gen Z.
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams (internal and agencies).
  • Adaptability and proactivity.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and rally support for creative proposals.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process involves an HR interview, followed by 2 to 3 interviews with the relevant department team.
