Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee quantitative analyses including LBO models, DCF, valuation multiples, merger and acquisition accretion/dilution, and credit analysis.
- Develop investment scenarios with corresponding presentation and prospectus material.
- Coordinate marketing for public and private securities offerings, including valuation analysis and business planning.
- Leverage firm’s capital markets and proprietary research to provide investment, risk advisory, M&A, and capital markets services.
- Monitor transactions, capital market trends, financial statements, regulatory, and economic data.
- Collaborate with Senior Vice Presidents and Managing Directors in marketing, transaction evaluation and processing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong economic and financial analysis skills across finance, accounting, and forecasting.
- Experience supervising analysts and associates in research and transaction processes.
- High maturity, attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptability to changing client and firm needs.
Education
Undergraduate degree with focus in finance, business, accounting, economics or mathematics required; a Masters in Business or related field is strongly preferred.
