Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee quantitative analyses including LBO models, DCF, valuation multiples, merger and acquisition accretion/dilution, and credit analysis.
  • Develop investment scenarios with corresponding presentation and prospectus material.
  • Coordinate marketing for public and private securities offerings, including valuation analysis and business planning.
  • Leverage firm’s capital markets and proprietary research to provide investment, risk advisory, M&A, and capital markets services.
  • Monitor transactions, capital market trends, financial statements, regulatory, and economic data.
  • Collaborate with Senior Vice Presidents and Managing Directors in marketing, transaction evaluation and processing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong economic and financial analysis skills across finance, accounting, and forecasting.
  • Experience supervising analysts and associates in research and transaction processes.
  • High maturity, attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability to changing client and firm needs.

Education

Undergraduate degree with focus in finance, business, accounting, economics or mathematics required; a Masters in Business or related field is strongly preferred.
